White Crystal powder. It is white powder with characteristic odor; stable, can easily react with oxidants. PH value is 10.5(20°C, 10g/l), m.p. 270.4°C, decomposition point 277-284°C; easily soluble in acid water, slightly soluble in methanol and water

Indications & Usage:

Calcium Acetylacetonate is mainly used as heat stabilizer which could generate synergic effect with stearoyl benzoyl methane and Dibenzoylmethane (β-diketone) for halogenated polymers such as rigid PVC. It also can be used as catalyst, cross-linking agent, resin hardening accelerant, resin and rubber additive, former agent of super conductive film, heat reflecting glass film, transparent conductive film etc. It is a environmental friendly product, used to substitute lead-contained agents.
